TMA Selection Assessment:
ü Determining
the behavior of the employees (or which behavior is potentially
present) required by the organization. The organization makes a choice in
terms of the number of competencies they wish to assess.
ü Meeting with
the manager to discuss the suitability and the risk factor of the
employees and the support, if any, that we consider necessary to allow their
talents to reach their full potential.
ü At the end of
the analysis, Certified TMA Consultant immediately discusses the findings with
the employees and examines to what extent development is possible and
desirable.
ü The client
will be provided with a list of competencies with a choice of specific
behavior belonging to those competencies.
ü The employees
in advance, by means of an invitation, receives the request to fill in online TMA
assessment.
ü Because a lot
of time is saved by filling the TMA at home, an analysis takes on average 3 to
4 hours depending on the number of competencies that are being mapped.
ü The analysis
is conducted as far as possible at the client's offices. This saves a lot of
travelling time and irritation caused by traffic jams. We come to you, the
client.
TMA TALENT ASSESSMENT:
ü It is a
two-step process.
ü The online
analysis is conducted through internet
ü A personal
one-on-one interview is conducted by Certified TMA consultant and employees
can read the 19-page report about themselves.
ü The results
form, also after the interview, a guide and checklist for making professional
choices. The bound report, which is your personal property, can be used for
many years for effectively organizing your career.
ü The results of
the analysis together with a Certified TMA Coach and look at what this produces
for the employees in terms of new insights. In total the entire process takes
about three hours, including the assessment and the interview.
